Job summary

Starbird is seeking a dedicated team member to support kitchen operations and guest service. This role involves supervising staff, maintaining line efficiency, and ensuring food safety standards are met. You will participate in training new team members and handle various station tasks as needed.

The successful candidate will be comfortable standing long hours, working a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings, and be open to coaching in a fast-paced, learning-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 Years’ experience in the restaurant industry, plus proven experience working as a supervisor.
• Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, reach, lift, grasp for extended periods of time.
• Weekend and evening shifts are a must.
• Openness to being coached/mentored, we are a learning culture

Responsibilities

• Keep the team on task
• Assist with guest issues
• Work all aspects of the line, as needed (Fryer, line cook, cashier)
• Plating prepared foods using Starbird guidelines
• Must also be able to tolerate temperature changes in kitchen and refrigerated areas
• Must be able to lift and carry supplies and equipment up to 30 lbs
