Job summary

Bojangles' in Shelbyville, KY is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead teams and deliver exceptional Southern hospitality. You will work with the General Manager to develop a team that drives traffic, sales, and profitability while maintaining a customer-centric culture.

Essential duties include maintaining systems, coaching staff, ensuring safety and quality, and participating in inventory management and various training initiatives. Strong leadership and communication are required.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years management experience.
• 18 years or older.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license, and access to reliable transportation.
• Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50-hour work week.
• Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset.
• Previous onboarding experience with employees at all levels.
• Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience.
• Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently lifting 25+lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant teams to drive traffic, sales, and profitability with a customer-centric culture.
• Maintain standards and adherence to BoFood and BoLabor systems and processes.
• Empower team members to deliver WOW guest service with every interaction.
• Understand and participate in inventory management and cost controls.
• Engage in all LTO initiatives, including training and POP deadlines.
