Job summary

Assistant General Managers lead our teams to provide guests with exceptional Southern Hospitality. They work with the General Manager to develop a team that drives traffic, sales, and profitability while maintaining a customer-centric culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• 18 years or older.
• Must read, write and speak English.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a 50-hour work week.
• Prior supervisory onboarding experience with employees at all levels.
• Prior Microsoft Office experience.
• Cash handling and bank deposit experience.
• Ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently lifting 25+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead our teams in delivering exceptional guest experiences and drive traffic, sales, and profitability.
• Develop and coach team members to align with our customer-centric culture.
• Ensure adherence to all systems and processes, including BoFood and BoLabor.
• Uphold safety, security, and quality standards across the operation.
• Engage in inventory management and participate in LTO activities throughout the lifecycle.
