Job summary

BoJangles' in Shelbyville, TN is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a restaurant team and deliver exceptional Southern hospitality. You will collaborate with the General Manager to drive traffic, sales, and profitability while maintaining a customer-centric culture.

Your role includes onboarding and coaching staff, enforcing BoFood/BoLabor standards, and ensuring WOW guest service. This position offers growth, competitive pay, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years management experience.
• 18 years or older.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a 50-hour work week.
• Prior supervisory onboarding experience with employees at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead a store team to deliver exceptional guest service and a welcoming culture.
• Actively seek growth opportunities and development assignments for staff.
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Onboard and coach new team members and demonstrate company culture.
• Uphold BoFood and BoLabor standards and take corrective action when needed.
• Empower the team to maintain WOW guest service in every interaction.
• Understand and influence P&L results and inventory processes.
• Participate in inventory management and ensure safety and security standards.
