Job summary

Ruth’s Chris Steak House in Denver is seeking a Restaurant Manager to assist the General Manager and Chef in day-to-day operations. You will supervise Front and Back-of-House teams and ensure guests experience the hospitality we have delivered for decades.

The role emphasizes excellence in food, beverage, service, and leadership development. The position requires at least 1 year of restaurant/hospitality experience, strong communication skills, and completion of corporate training.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one (1) year of restaurant/hospitality experience
• Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve conflict and provide mentorship to hourly team members
• Successful completion of corporate training program required
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
