Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of restaurant management experience across multiple outlets.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of three dining outlets, ensuring quality, service and cleanliness.
• Lead and inspire a team of restaurant supervisors, kitchen staff, servers and support personnel.
• Develop and implement procedures to streamline workflows and reduce waste.
• Monitor sales, labor costs, and guest feedback to meet financial targets.
• Collaborate with culinary team to create menus and promotions.
• Implement training programs to ensure staff are knowledgeable about menu items, ingredients, and service standards.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary working environment per health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns and feedback professionally to build loyalty.
• Work with vendors to source high-quality ingredients at competitive prices.
• Adhere to Wheeling Park Commission’s safety rules and policy; refer safety concerns as needed.
• Interact with guests and maintain positive working relationships with fellow employees.
