Job summary

HomeGrown in Rogers, AR is seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager to lead our dining room operations and hospitality team. You will select, develop, and inspire staff to deliver an outstanding guest experience while maintaining a profitable operation.

You will collaborate with Kitchen and General Managers to ensure seamless service, monitor labor costs, and uphold health, safety, and beverage regulations. This role requires strong leadership and a customer‑first mindset.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and ability to make decisions.
• Ability to identify and resolve problems.
• Ability to guide, direct, and motivate staff.
• Ability to plan and prioritize tasks.
• Ability to teach and train staff.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the operations of the restaurant dining room.
• Recruit, train, and develop the hospitality team to mastery.
• Deploy strategies to improve selling skills and guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Work with Kitchen Manager and General Manager for seamless service.
• Monitor host/server/bartender duties during peak times.
