Job summary

Rogers Embassy Suites - Atrium Hospitality in Rogers, AR is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Lead to guide daily service operations across shifts. You will train staff, manage scheduling, and ensure guest satisfaction from arrival through checkout.

Requirements include 2+ years in restaurant service with at least 1 year in supervision, plus Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or ability to earn within 60 days). This is a full-time, on-site role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and schedule restaurant team members to deliver seamless service across every shift.
• Support daily operations by resolving guest concerns quickly and independently, ensuring exceptional experiences from arrival to check-out.
• Ensure opening and closing side work is completed accurately and consistently.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards by keeping all equipment and prep areas clean and compliant.
• Jump in to assist servers and other restaurant associates to keep service smooth and efficient.
