Job summary

Batch & Box is seeking a Hospitality Associate to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced bakery environment in San Diego. You will guide team members, maintain product knowledge, and assist with order fulfillment while upholding health and safety standards.

Applicants should have at least 1 year in customer service or food/beverage, and a Food Handler’s certificate is a plus. Flexible, team-first attitude required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service/retail/food & beverage experience required
• Food Handler’s Certificate is a plus
• Ability to motivate and lead a team in a fast-paced environment
• Eye for detail to maintain brand standards

Responsibilities

• Model hospitality and maintain product knowledge including allergen information
• Lead team to provide excellent hospitality to guests and staff
• Assist with order fulfillment and bakery production flow
• Support management with administrative and inventory tasks
• Complete opening/closing duties and safety checks
• Assist with baking, dough rolling, frosting cookies; work FOH/BOH/dishes as needed
