Batch & Box is seeking a Hospitality Associate to champion guest experience in our bakery. You will master our menu knowledge, assist with order fulfillment, and support both front and back of house operations.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year in customer service or food/bev, and can lead with a positive, proactive attitude in a fast-paced environment. This on-site role includes health, safety, and inventory responsibilities.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service, retail, and/or food and beverage experience required.
• Food Handler’s Certificate is a Plus (if applicable).
• Passion for motivating and leading a team in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilités

• Model exceptional hospitality and maintain extensive product knowledge, including allergen information, and assist with order fulfillment.
• Lead team members on providing excellent hospitality to guests and team.
• Ensure every guest is welcomed with our standard greeting and the GUEST CONNECT 5.
• Help maintain bakery production workflow and support front and back of house during challenges.
• Assist with administrative and inventory tasks for bakery operations.
• Complete opening/closing duties and ensure health and safety standards are met.

What you will do:

Model exceptional hospitality and be a master of our menu by maintaining extensive product knowledge (including allergen information), and assist with order fulfillment.You will lead team members on providing excellent hospitality to both our guests and team.Ensuring that every guest is welcomed with a our standard greeting and the GUEST CONNECT 5You will help maintain the work flow of the bakery production and step in to support the team as challenges arise in the front of house and back of house.You help set the tone and culture for the team on shift with a can do will do attitude.Support bakery management with administrative and inventory tasks.Work efficiently and accurately while ensuring all Department of Health food and safety standards are met.Willing to complete all check list duties and ensure all opening and closing duties have been completed properly.Do a walkthrough before and after your shift to stay up to date with daily happenings in the Bakery.Consult with Management when a problem arises to find a suitable solution as well as pass an issue on to Management when needed.Assist with baking and rolling doughAssist with frosting cookiesHelp in all areas of the Bakery whenever needed; FOH, BOH, and Dishes.
