Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management seeks a diligent kitchen utility to support cooks and dining staff by transporting and cleaning utensils and service ware. The role operates in a high-activity hotel environment with variable shifts to meet guest needs.

Responsibilities include washing dishes, keeping the dish machine clean, and assisting with general cleaning tasks to uphold health standards. A current Food Handler Card is required.

Responsibilities

• Transport and clean cooking utensils and service ware for cooks, bus persons and servers.
• Promptly sort soiled ware for washing and replacement.
• Keep dish machine clean and filled with water per standards.
• Clean kettles, skillets, pots and pans promptly and completely.
• Maintain floors to prevent slips and falls and ensure health standards.
• Assist other kitchen personnel as needed and follow safety procedures.
