Job summary

Maverick Hotels & Restaurants is hiring a part-time Dishwasher at the Wolfeboro Inn to keep dishware, utensils and cookware clean and ready for service. You will operate dish machines and perform hand washing as needed in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities include sanitizing all wares, stocking dishware, and maintaining a clean, safe work area. The role requires reliability, teamwork, and the ability to work evenings and weekends in a seasonal hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• At least six months food & beverage experience required.
• Prior experience as Dishwasher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all glassware, flatware and plateware are sanitized and available as needed.
• Sort and rinse dirty dishes and place them in racks to send through the dish machine.
• Sort and stack clean dishes; carry to line and storage areas;rewash soiled dishes as needed.
• Wash pots, pans and trays by hand.
• Set up or breakdown dishwashing area.
• Maintain clean and safe kitchen floors; report safety issues.
