You will architect systems, dashboards, and KPI infrastructure that translate operational data into executive insights.

The role combines leadership with hands-on coding and AI tooling, collaborating with Culinary, Operations, and Finance to drive continuous improvement and data-driven decisions.

Formación

• 7+ years of technology leadership, architecture, data platforms, or digital transformation.
• Hands-on experience designing enterprise tech solutions across multiple service lines.
• Strong proficiency in modern languages and API integrations.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the hospitality technology roadmap.
• Own systems architecture, data flows, reporting platforms, and AI solutions.
• Build KPI frameworks and executive dashboards across service lines.
• Lead vendor and contractor management for technology initiatives.
