The candidate should have a 4-year degree and at least 3 years of HR leadership in hospitality, including union experience, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• At least 3 years of progressive HR management experience in a hotel or related industry; recruitment experience required; union environment experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory responsibility and ability to train staff.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and confidentiality obligations.

• Administer benefits, explain enrollment, and answer questions.
• Maintain recruitment advertising and new hire documentation.
• Enter payroll data and audit hours for benefits eligibility.
• Conduct prescreening interviews and respond to unemployment claims.
• Assist in orientation and train staff on policies and procedures.
• Support Leave of Absence tracking and workers' compensation filings.
• Prepare internal communications and contribute to employee events.
