Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support HR operations and administrative tasks daily.
• Assist with recruitment, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and recognition programs.
• Collaborate with hotel leadership and HR teams to address employee needs and initiatives.
• Gain exposure to talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and performance management.
• Demonstrate a warm, professional, and service-focused attitude with guests, associates, and leadership.
• Adhere to hotel policies, brand standards, safety procedures, confidentiality expectations, and grooming standards.
