Highgate Hotels in Miami is seeking an HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations for E11EVEN Club Hotel & Residences. Under the HR Manager, you will handle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, leave administration, payroll support, and HRIS, ensuring compliance and accurate data.

This role requires a Bachelor's in HR or related field and 2–4 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in hospitality, with proficient Dayforce and MS Office skills, strong communication,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field.
• 2–4 years of HR generalist experience, hospitality preferred.
• Proficient in Dayforce and MS Office.
• Strong written, oral, and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and onboarding support, including posting roles, screening, and coordinating interviews.
• Employee relations and administrative duties, including policy guidance and record keeping.
• Payroll support and benefits administration, including timekeeping review and errors resolution.
• Leave administration (FMLA, workers' comp) and compliance with laws; training and compliance tracking.
• Maintain HRIS records, generate reports, and support performance reviews.
