Highgate Hotels' E11EVEN Club Hotel & Residences in Miami is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to oversee daily operations, lead the front-of-house team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences during peak service. The role requires 4–6 years in restaurant management, strong budgeting and labor management skills, and proficiency with OpenTable and SevenRooms; bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education required. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality/F&B Management, or Culinary schooling preferred.
• 4-6 years of restaurant management experience in a hotel or upscale restaurant environment, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, labor management, and profitability.
• Extensive food and beverage knowledge and ability to inform staff about ingredients and dishes.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software, such as OpenTable and SevenRooms.
• Strong leadership, motivational, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring service, food quality, and presentation meet standards.
• Circulate on the floor during service to ensure guest satisfaction and handle feedback.
• Lead the recruitment, selection, and hiring of front-of-house staff.
• Manage restaurant budgets, forecast revenues, payroll, and costs.
• Collaborate with culinary, events, marketing to drive sales and programs.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for front-of-house operations.
