Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Support daily HR operations for the hotel and Team Members.
• Assist with recruitment, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Maintain HR records, payroll and benefits administration.
• Promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture and confidentiality.
