DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel El Paso Downtown is seeking a motivated Human Resources Generalist to support daily HR operations across two hotel properties. You will lead recruitment, onboarding, and trainings, ensuring I-9 compliance and accurate employee documentation while maintaining confidential information with discretion.

The role emphasizes coordinating orientation, mandatory trainings, and engagement activities to foster a professional, guest-focused team environment in El Paso, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in HR, business administration, or related field preferred.
• Hospitality or hotel industry experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience with ADP or other HRIS/payroll systems preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily HR operations for two hotel properties including recruitment, onboarding, and trainings.
• Coordinate new-hire onboarding, orientation, and required employment documentation.
• Ensure timely completion of I-9 forms and new-hire paperwork.
• Maintain employee files and ensure documentation is organized.
• Coordinate new-hire orientation and mandatory trainings.
• Track mandatory trainings and policy acknowledgments.
• Support employee recognition programs and hotel engagement activities.
