Highgate Hotels is seeking a Managing Director for the Los Angeles Growth property. Based in Los Angeles, you will drive profitability through revenue generation, cost management and an exceptional guest experience.

You will guide strategic direction, lead a senior team, and uphold Highgate standards across all hotel operations to deliver outstanding results. You will collaborate with Sales and corporate leadership to expand revenue streams, manage budgets, and ensure alignment with ownership

• Lead, coach, and develop department heads and executives to achieve operational, financial, service, and people objectives.
• Foster a high-performing, people-first culture and drive associate engagement and service excellence.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reviews including revenue, expenses, and key controls.
• Partner with Sales and Commercial leadership to drive revenue and identify new opportunities.
• Represent Highgate professionally with stakeholders and lead management meetings.
