Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Approach all encounters with guests and associates in a friendly, courteous, service-oriented manner.
• Maintain regular attendance per hotel standards and varying scheduling needs.
• Maintain professional appearance and comply with dress code.
• Adhere to company policies and safety regulations to ensure efficient operations.
• Assist with internal and external transfer requests and procedures.
• Monitor hiring processes and coordinate drug screens, background checks, and verifications.
• Maintain applicant flow, logs, and personnel files in HRIS.
• Assist with new employee orientation and payroll record maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws in hiring and recruitment.
• Prepare written documents and office correspondence; answer phones and record messages.
