MasterCorp, Inc. on Hilton Head Island is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead site operations, motivate staff, uphold quality, and manage budgets while fostering a collaborative, guest‑centered culture. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates relocating from outside the region.

You will partner with resort management, oversee onboarding and training, conduct performance reviews, and ensure safety, compliance, and timely cleaning standards across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum two years of progressive management responsibility.
• Outstanding analytical ability with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Superior problem solving and reasoning skills.
• Proven track record of driving strong performance and key field operations metrics.

Responsibilities

• Walk the site daily to ensure contractual obligations, policies, standards, and processes are followed.
• Monitor KPIs for Quality, Timeliness and Budget and drive target achievement.
• Hold team accountable and develop action plans if metrics lag.
• Oversee inventory of tools and chemicals and ensure equipment is maintained.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention efforts for site personnel.
• Prepare annual performance reviews for staff.
