Job summary

MasterCorp, Inc. is hiring for a Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness of resort property units in Hilton Head Island. You will follow the company mission, meet quality and timeliness standards, and contribute to guest satisfaction.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 25 pounds, work irregular hours, and participate in training. Prior housekeeping experience is preferred; a strong work ethic and reliability are essential for this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to read, write and do basic math.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Planning and scheduling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Strip units of soiled linens.
• Remove trash from units.
• Clean units (bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, decks).
• Report clean units as vacant and ready for inspection.
• Report maintenance issues as per company procedure.
• Report damaged or stained carpets, drapes, furniture, linens.
• Report missing inventory and supplies to Supervisor.
• Perform weekly guest services cleans as directed.
• Attend training sessions and apply training.
• Maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist in solving guest complaints promptly.
• Turn units on time with a high sense of urgency.
