Responsibilities

• Supervise and train Room Attendants and Floor Attendants.
• Inspect the cleanliness of rooms and public areas.
• Resolve guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain records and manage assignment sheets for staff.
• Complete paperwork and closing duties before leaving.
