Job summary

The Guest House at Graceland in Memphis, TN is seeking a full-time Hotel Bellperson/Shuttle Driver to support guests and shuttle operations. You will assist with luggage, escort guests, and provide information on hotel services while representing Graceland with southern hospitality.

Role requires flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, and a CDL with Passenger or F endorsement. Benefits after a 60-day introductory period; DOT compliance is required.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required (CDL with P or F endorsement).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Transport guest luggage to/from guest rooms.
• Escort guests to rooms and explain hotel services.
• Attend to guests’ needs during arrival and stay.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services and amenities.
• Coordinate pickups/drop-offs with front desk.
• Assist with luggage and respond to questions as needed.
• Inspect shuttles and report issues.
• Additional duties as assigned.
