You will manage reservations with OpenTable, communicate wait times during peak hours, keep the host stand tidy, and support the dining room by bussing tables as needed. Flexible schedules and opportunities for advancement await.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours or more daily.
• Ability to bend, kneel and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Guest-focused mindset and teamwork.
• Attention to cleanliness and safety procedures.
• Reliable transportation to work availability.
• 18+ age requirement for FOH positions.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly as they arrive and thank them as they leave.
• Open doors and create a friendly, inviting first impression.
• Escort guests to their table and set expectations for their experience.
• Manage reservations and waitlists using OpenTable with accuracy and care.
• Communicate wait times clearly and professionally during peak volume.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming host stand and entryway.
• Support the dining room by bussing and resetting tables as needed.
• Partner with the Front of House team to ensure smooth, seamless service.
