Job summary

Firebirds Wood Fired Grill in Maryland is seeking a friendly Server to join our Front of House team. You’ll deliver warm, attentive service, greet guests, take orders, and ensure accuracy in a fast-paced dining room.

Qualifications

• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to perform simple math calculations accurately.
• Capable of standing for long periods and lifting items up to 25 lbs.
• Must have reliable transportation and be 18+ for FOH roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, efficient, high-quality service in a team-based setting.
• Maintain proper hygiene and uniform standards.
• Follow safety practices when using equipment and handling food.
• Be neat, clean, and organized throughout shifts.
• Complete closing and weekly cleaning checklists.
• Work well with others in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
