Qualifications

• One year of hosting experience in a fast-paced bar/restaurant
• Neat and professional appearance
• Ability to communicate accurately with customers and co-workers
• Ability to demonstrate teamwork with other staff members
• Friendly and welcoming demeanor with strong interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, welcoming smile and provide fast, friendly service
• Manage reservations and waitlists, offering estimated wait times
• Escort guests to their tables and coordinates seating arrangements
• Set up the dining room area and venue, moving furniture when needed
• Promote Big Night Entertainment Group in a positive and professional manner
• Work collaboratively with servers, bartenders, support staff and management
• Remember guests' names and use them to personalize service when appropriate
• Maintain a clean, stocked work area and assist with closing duties as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management
