Savoy Pizzeria & Craft Bar in West Hartford, CT is seeking a friendly, reliable Host with open availability to join our Max Hospitality team. You will greet guests, manage reservations, and help ensure a smooth, high-energy dining experience in an upscale-casual setting.

The role emphasizes warm hospitality, multitasking, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Prior guest-facing experience is preferred, with opportunities for growth within the Max Hospitality Group.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Host or guest-facing role preferred.
• Strong communication and phone etiquette.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
• Manage dining room reservations and assist with party or event planning.
• Coordinate guest seating and manage dining room flow.
• Assist with to-go orders, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• Maintain front-of-house area, keeping it neat and clean.
• Support management with events and ad hoc tasks as needed.
• Ensure guests have an exceptional dining experience from start to finish.
