Responsibilities include answering phones, managing reservations, ensuring sanitation at the host desk, and supporting curbside or takeout processes.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Able to follow sanitation and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests, answer phones, seat Guests, take reservations and orders.
• Maintain safety and sanitation at front door and host desk.
• Learn seating layout and how tables are divided into server areas.
• Set and clear tables neatly and efficiently.
• Learn curbside and takeout expectations.
• Conduct side-work as required per shift.
