P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring for a Host/Hostess to provide an exceptional hospitality experience and manage guest flow. You will greet guests, seat them, and help with reservations and takeout inquiries while maintaining a clean, safe front-of-house area.

Training is provided; flexibility to work a variety of shifts is needed, and you will contribute to a welcoming, efficient dining experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Excellent customer service and etiquette.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Effective communication with guests and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat Guests, answer phones, take reservations, and assist with orders.
• Maintain front-of-house sanitation and safety standards.
• Learn seating layout and service areas to deliver food efficiently.
• Set and clear tables per PF Chang's standards; manage curbside and takeout expectations.
• Complete side-work during each shift.
