P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. in Mesa, AZ is hiring friendly Hosts and Hostesses for full-time or part-time shifts.

The position pays $16.00 - $19.00 per hour based on experience and welcomes applicants eager to learn in a fast-paced team environment. As a Host, you will greet guests, answer phones, manage seating, and help with takeout and curbside expectations while upholding safety and sanitation standards.

Qualificações

• No previous experience required; training provided.
• Minimum age 18.
• Excellent customer service and etiquette.
• Ability to follow sanitation and safety procedures.
• Effective communication with coworkers and guests.
• Flexible shifts available.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Interact courteously with guests (answer phones, greet guests, seat guests, make reservations, take orders).
• Uphold sanitation standards at front door and lobby areas.
• Learn seating layout and how tables are divided into server areas.
• Set and clear tables neatly per PF Chang's specifications.
• Learn curbside and takeout processes.
• Conducts side-work as required for each shift.
