Job summary

Hawkers Asian Street Food in Franklin, TN is seeking a Host to set the tone of the dining experience with warmth and efficiency. You will manage the flow of guests, lead the host team, and ensure every guest feels welcomed, valued, and eager to return.

The role requires exceptional guest service, strong communication, and a genuine passion for hospitality. Flexible scheduling with both part-time and full-time opportunities is available, along with meal benefits during shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Evenings, weekends and holidays availability.
• Positive, guest-first attitude and enthusiasm for hospitality.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay composed in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage seating flow and assign guests to tables.
• Monitor waitlist and inform guests of wait times.
• Welcome guests warmly and maintain high service standards.
• Escort guests to tables and assist with seating.
• Coordinate with servers to balance sections.
• Maintain clean host stand and ready reservation/waitlist tools.
