Qualifications

• Be 16 years of age or older.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must pass the federally mandated E-Verify process.
• Must communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room personnel and guests.
• Basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle money and operate a POS system.
• Stand for long periods (up to 8 hours).
• Able to lift and maneuver trays weighing up to 20–30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor and guide them to seating.
• Ensure efficient and timely seating to best serve guests' preferences.
• Assist with to-go orders and answer the telephone.
