Job summary

HRS Talent Solutions is seeking a full-time Guest Services and Reservations Associate to work in person at our hospitality desk. You will handle guest inquiries, confirm bookings, and support the team with accurate record-keeping and timely handoffs to colleagues managing reservations, housekeeping, or maintenance.

Applicants with hospitality experience are welcome, and training on our reservation system will be provided.

Qualifications

• Strong guest communication skills.
• Attention to accurate records and details.
• Ability to coordinate handoffs between teams.

Responsibilities

• Check booking details and explain approved procedures.
• Direct guests to the correct service area.
• Record housekeeping requests and escalate maintenance issues.
• Listen to guest concerns and escalate to a supervisor when needed.
• Keep notes on open requests and ensure clear handovers to the next associate.
• Be prepared to learn the reservation system and procedures.
