Job summary

Metropolis is seeking a Head of Growth, Hospitality to lead the growth strategy for the hospitality segment, shaping the long-term vision, partnerships, and revenue trajectory. • 15+ years in hospitality with proven growth leadership.
• Strong background in strategy, business development, partnerships, P&L management.
• Extensive contacts and network of vertical-specific partners across the industry.
• Skilled in financial modeling, structuring vertical-standard commercial deal terms, data-driven decision-making.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and aligning customer input to product-market fit.
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leveraging AI platforms and data-driven tools to accelerate commercial growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution to grow hospitality vertical and location base.
• Open and win deals in national accounts within the hospitality vertical; co-sell with regional sellers.
• Establish vertical-standard commercial structures and deal terms.
• Scale hospitality B2B marketing, trade-press coverage, and conference presence.
• Build strategic partnerships with consultants, advisors, channel partners, and enterprise bodies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to scale core offerings and develop the roadmap for vertical products.
• Translate customer input into product-market fit with product leaders.
• Co-lead the product and service roadmap for wayfinding, validation, and biometrics.
• Commercialize and scale the Metropolis Recognition Platform in hospitality.
• Partner with data team to establish dashboards and drive thought leadership.
