Job summary

Metropolis is seeking a Head of Growth, Hospitality to lead the growth strategy for our hospitality vertical. You will shape long-term vision, drive commercial expansion, and build partnerships with major brands while collaborating with product, sales, marketing, and operations.

The role requires 15+ years in hospitality growth leadership and a data-driven, strategic mindset. You will work in an on-site environment with a base salary between $200,000 and $230,000, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in hospitality with growth leadership.
• Strong background in strategy, business development, partnerships, P&L.
• Extensive contacts and vertical-specific partners across the industry.
• Skilled in financial modeling, vertical-standard deal terms, and market analysis.
• Experience aligning customer input to product-market fit and leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leveraging AI platforms to accelerate growth.

Responsibilities

• Grow hospitality vertical and location base across regions with sales and operations.
• Open and win national accounts; co-sell with regional sellers on high-priority accounts.
• Establish vertical-standard commercial structures and deal terms.
• Scale hospitality B2B marketing, press coverage, and conference presence.
• Build strategic partnerships with consultants, advisors, channel partners, and enterprise brands.
• Collaborate to scale core offerings and develop vertical product roadmaps.
• Translate customer input into product-market fit with product leaders; drive impact.
• Co-lead product and service roadmap including wayfinding and biometric integrations.
• Commercialize and scale the Metropolis Recognition Platform in hospitality.
• Work with data team to show dashboards proving value to hoteliers.
