Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge is seeking a Sales Manager to drive group and event sales, focusing on shoulder and off-peak opportunities. You will build key client relationships, respond quickly to inquiries, and translate opportunities into confirmed business.

You will manage proposals, contracts, and pricing negotiations while representing the lodge at trade shows and managing the CRM-driven pipeline to achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hotel/hospitality or related field.
• Minimum 4 years in sales with specific experience in hospitality event/conference sales.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and exceed targets.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute outbound prospecting to secure new and existing group business.
• Convert inquiries to sales with rapid response and strong proposal skills.
• Represent the lodge at local/regional trade shows to promote Groups brand.
• Enter activities and manage pipeline in CRM; coordinate next steps and meetings.
• Prepare group proposals, sales materials, and contracts to close sales.
• Negotiate contracting terms, including pricing for meetings and AV.
