Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree in hotel/hospitality or related field or equivalent experience/education combination.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Professional communication skills both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and resumes for clients and operations teams.
• Enter accurate rooming lists, routing information and payment verification in company software.
• Monitor room blocks and coordinate with property staff on group room pick-ups and lists.
• Handle VIP in-suite packages and coordinate client appreciation events.
