Harvard Maintenance, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Porter to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our client's buildings in Nashville.

You will manage lobbies, restrooms, hallways, and common areas, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for tenants, employees, and visitors. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of Porter experience, strong communication, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of Porter experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to conduct face-to-face discussions at all levels.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, stoop, or kneel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust as needed.
• Empty trash and replace liners.
• Restock restroom supplies.
• Wipe doors, windows, and high-touch surfaces.
• Respond to spills and tenant requests promptly.
• Assist with moving furniture and setting up spaces.
• Report maintenance or safety issues to management.
• Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are maintained.
• Follow safety and cleaning protocols.
