Job summary

The JOY FM is seeking a General Manager to lead day-to-day operations across food & beverage, hospitality, staffing, memberships, events, and golf simulator operations. This role will work directly with ownership to establish service standards and SOPs, control labor and operating costs, and create an exceptional guest experience.

We are looking for a proven hospitality leader with strong P&L experience, team-building ability, and a passion for premium service.

Qualifications

• Proven hospitality leader with strong P&L experience.
• Experience in upscale venues preferred.
• Ability to build SOPs and guest service standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations including food & beverage, hospitality, staffing, financial performance, memberships, events, and golf simulator operations.
• Collaborate with ownership to build the opening team and establish service standards and SOPs.
