A-1 Hospitality Group seeks a dynamic General Manager to lead the Columbia Gorge Hotel in Hood River, Oregon. You will unite people, performance, and guest experience, fostering a culture of accountability and hospitality.

The role calls for a hands-on leader who connects with guests, drives results, and champions community involvement while steering the property toward its next level of success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hotel and management experience.
• Experience as a General Manager at a similar hotel.
• Strong understanding of budgets, P&L, cost control and inventory management.
• Field management experience preferred; sales background is a plus.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and PC skills are required.
• Pre-employment drug testing and background checks are administered.

Responsibilities

• Lead hotel operations to meet revenue, guest satisfaction and staff performance objectives.
• Maintain quality across product and service offerings.
• Ensure exceptional guest and employee relations.
• Strategize and monitor annual business and marketing plans; contribute to national marketing efforts.
