Qualifications

• 2+ years of hotel management or hospitality general manager experience.
• Proven track record in team leadership, staff development, and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, PMS systems, and revenue management.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Experience managing budgets, P&L statements, and financial reporting.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Familiarity with brand standards and franchise compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance departments.
• Drive guest satisfaction scores and resolve escalated customer service issues promptly.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and manage hotel staff to ensure peak performance.
• Monitor and manage property budget, revenue targets, and cost controls.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Analyze occupancy rates, ADR, and RevPAR to maximize hotel profitability.
• Build relationships with local businesses and community partners to drive bookings.
• Conduct regular property inspections to maintain quality and cleanliness standards.
