Job summary

Red Roof Inn in Lansing, MI seeks a dynamic Hospitality General Manager to lead our team and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will oversee all daily hotel operations, drive revenue with effective strategies, recruit and develop staff, and ensure brand standards while maintaining strong financial performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hotel management or hospitality general manager experience required
• Proven track record in guest services, staff leadership, and operational management
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, P&L management, and revenue optimization
• Experience with property management systems (PMS) and hotel operations software
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
