Qualifications

• 2+ years of hotel management or hospitality general manager experience required.
• Proven track record in guest services, staff leadership, and operational management.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, P&L management, and revenue optimization.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience with property management systems (PMS) and hotel operations software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance departments
• Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies, rate management, and occupancy optimization
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing hotel staff team
• Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining brand standards and resolving escalated customer concerns
• Manage budgets, control expenses, and analyze financial performance reports
• Maintain compliance with Red Roof Inn brand standards, safety regulations, and local ordinances
• Build relationships with local businesses and community partners to increase bookings and brand visibility
