Mr. C Coconut Grove is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead our front desk team and deliver outstanding hospitality to guests.

You will oversee daily operations, ensure smooth check-ins/check-outs, handle guest inquiries, and mentor staff. Qualifications include previous supervisory experience in hospitality, strong leadership and customer service, proficiency with hotel management software and Microsoft Office, flexibility for weekend shifts, and a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry preferred.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk staff and provide guidance and support as needed.
• Maintain a high level of guest service by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
• Manage room inventory, reservations, and guest accounts accurately.
• Resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Prepare reports on occupancy rates, revenue, and guest feedback.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling and payroll.
