Job summary

Mr. C Coconut Grove is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our room attendants and maintain high cleanliness standards across all areas. You will organize shifts, train staff, and monitor operations to ensure guests are cared for with pride and consistency.

The ideal candidate has prior supervisory experience, strong organizational and people-management skills, stamina for physical work, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Spanish-speaking preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience as Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role.
• Experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks for large facilities.
• Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products.
• Strong organizational and people management abilities.
• Stamina to handle the physical demands of the job.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Train housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Oversee staff on a daily basis.
• Check rooms and common areas for cleanliness.
• Schedule shifts and arrange replacements.
• Educate staff on cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Motivate team members and resolve issues.
• Respond to customer complaints and special requests.
• Monitor cleaning supplies stock and replenishment.
• Participate in large cleaning projects as required.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies.
