Mr. C Coconut Grove is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead the front desk team and deliver outstanding hospitality to our guests.

You will supervise staff, greet guests warmly, manage reservations and guest accounts, resolve issues professionally, and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless experiences.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent customer service, proficiency with hotel software and MS Office, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

YOUR ROLE AS A FRONT DESK SUPERVISOR

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:

• Supervise front desk staff and provide guidance and support as needed.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry preferred.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
