Job summary

Grand Casino Hinckley in Hinckley, MN, is seeking a Hotel Guest Services Front Desk Agent who greets Guests, handles reservations, processes payments, and protects Guest information while delivering courteous, professional service.

You will pre-register Guests, prepare key packets, coordinate check-in for arriving groups, answer questions about facilities, hours, and events, and assist with luggage with safety and efficiency. Flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Prior hotel experience preferred.
• Must be able to secure license from Gaming Regulatory Authority (GRA).
• Mille Lacs Band Member and American Indian preference will be exercised in the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and manage the check-out process for guests, delivering courteous service.
• Process transactions accurately and adhere to company policy.
• Maintain knowledge of Grand Casino properties and nearby events to inform guests.
• Explain room features and equipment to guests and assist with luggage as needed.
• Enter and verify guest reservation information in the system and process payments.
