Job summary

Grand Casino Hinckley is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly greet guests, assist with reservations, and manage the check-in/check-out process while safeguarding guest information.

You will process payments, balance shift cash, coordinate bell services, and provide accurate information about hotel amenities and nearby events. This is a full-time role requiring flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Prior hotel experience preferred.
• Must be able to secure license from Gaming Regulatory Authority (GRA).
• Mille Lacs Band Member and American Indian preference will be exercised in the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and manage the check-in/check-out process for Guests, delivering exceptional service.
• Process transactions accurately and balance payments in accordance with policy.
• Maintain inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments; assist with bell services and luggage handling.
• Provide information about facilities, hours of operation, and local events to Guests.
